You have 5 days upon receiving your package to email us any concerns

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not refund you if it’s been more than 2 days from receiving 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
if your package comes severely damaged take pictures as many as possible right when you receive it, and email them to lashqween12@yahoo.com we will look over them and replace your damaged items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
